Is this the registered member?  Demonstration

Clinics, hospitals and medical aid schemes lose money and trust when the person presenting is not the person entitled to care. BioHealth verifies members at the point of service.

The problem

What goes wrong without verified identity.

Member impersonation

Cards and member numbers are shared or borrowed, so benefits are consumed by people who are not entitled to them.

Claim disputes

Without proof of presence, schemes struggle to establish that the treated person was the registered member.

Slow front-desk checks

Manual document checks delay treatment and still fail to confirm identity reliably.

The answer

How BioHealth responds.

Point-of-care verification

Face or fingerprint verification of the member before treatment, backed by liveness detection.

Verified visit records

Every verification produces an auditable event that can support the claim it relates to.

Scheme integration

BioAPI connects verification results to member management and claims systems.

Status. A BioVerify verification-terminal experience has been built and shipped within a healthcare platform context (GENFIN, a client platform). A source-code audit (2026-07-09) confirmed it is a high-quality UI demonstration โ€” camera capture is real, but no production biometric matching exists yet. BioHealth is therefore classified as Demonstration until real verification capability is built and validated.
