Trust Centre

What we claim, and why you can check it.

Trust is part of the product. This page is the single place where BioCheck states what is real, what is in progress, and what is only planned.

Claims policy

Our rules for what we say.

  • We never invent customers, contracts, deployments, accuracy rates, volumes, uptime, certifications, awards, partnerships or testimonials.
  • Figures from demonstrations are always labelled as demonstration data.
  • Planned features are labelled planned; simulated experiences are labelled simulated.
  • A capability is only called production-ready when evidence exists.

Privacy commitments

How identity data is treated.

BioCheck systems are designed around consent, purpose limitation and data minimisation: biometrics captured only with the person’s knowledge, used only for the stated verification purpose, stored as protected templates, and deleted when the purpose ends. Verification confirms presence and entitlement — it is not built for surveillance, and we decline use cases that are.

As BioCheck formalises its compliance programme (including regional data-protection regimes and international certification), evidence and documentation will be published here. Nothing on this site should be read as a certification claim today.
